One of the interesting traditional house is the "Batak Karo traditional house". This Traditional house is also known as "traditional house Siwaluh Jabu". Siwaluh Jabu has a sense of a house inhabited by eight families. Each family has its own role in the house.
Batak Karo traditional house is different from other tribal house and the uniqueness that characterize the "Batak Karo traditional houses". It's very grand and fitted with horns. The establishment process to the life within traditional house are set by the tradition of Karo, and therefore called the traditional house.
